How we collect, use, share and protect your personal information.
This Privacy Policy describes how Silly Love ("we", "us" or the "Service") handles your personal information when you use our website and related services. We aim to explain our actual practices in plain language and to respect your control over your data.
1. Information We Collect
We only collect information that is necessary to provide and improve the Service.
1.1 Account information
Email address, display name, avatar, language preference and any optional profile fields you fill in. Third-party sign-in (e.g. Google) provides the basic information that you authorize.
1.2 Chat and interaction data
Conversations between you and AI characters, message timestamps, sessions, favorites, memory entries, feedback and reports. We use this data to keep chat features working โ for example, persisting history and syncing across devices.
1.3 Payment and subscription data
When you pay through Sell.app, Stripe or crypto (e.g. USDT-TRC20), payment credentials are collected by the corresponding payment provider. We only receive necessary order status, subscription tier and transaction identifiers โ never your full card or wallet private key.
1.4 Device and log information
IP address, browser and device type, operating system, accessed pages, error stacks and Service Worker registration state. We use this for security, debugging and abuse prevention.
2. How We Use Information
- Provide and maintain the core Service, including account, chat, payments, support, rewards and points.
- Improve and debug the product based on aggregated or anonymized usage analysis.
- Security and compliance: detect abnormal sign-ins, prevent account takeovers, and stop violations of the Content Policy.
- Respond and follow up when you contact customer support.
Your conversations with AI characters are stored as session context for your account and forwarded to the model provider you selected for that conversation, only to generate replies. We do not actively use them to train any externally released model. Refer to the model providers' own policies for their handling.
3. Who We Share Data With
We share data only as necessary to operate the Service, with the carefully selected processors listed below. We do not "sell" your personal information.

4. Your Rights
With respect to your personal information, you have the following rights:
- Access โ view your account information at any time in your profile.
- Export โ you can export your account data as a JSON file from your profile.
- Delete โ you can request account deletion from your profile. After submission, identifiable personal information will be deleted within a reasonable time, subject to legal retention requirements and backup cycles.
- Correct โ edit your profile yourself or contact support.
- Withdraw cookie consent โ disable analytics and support categories in cookie settings.
- Complaint โ if you are in the EU, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
5. International Transfers
Our primary data storage is located in the United States (Supabase us-east region) and on global CDN nodes. If you visit from the EU, the UK or another region with cross-border restrictions, we rely on mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) as the legal basis. 6. Cookies and Local Storage
We classify cookies and browser local storage into three categories:
- Necessary โ keep you signed in, remember language preference, prevent abuse. Cannot be turned off.
- Analytics โ Google Analytics, Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights. Loaded only after your consent.
- Support โ Crisp live chat. Loaded only after your consent.
7. Data Retention
Account-related data is retained while your account exists. After account deletion, identifiable information is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time, except where longer retention is required by security audit, fraud prevention or legal compliance.
8. Children
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we discover such collection by mistake, we will delete it promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced prominently on the site, and the "Last updated" date at the top will be updated. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated policy.
