Content Policy
Rules for what is allowed and prohibited on Silly Love.
Silly Love is an adult AI roleplay platform. We aim to offer creative, safe and respectful experiences. This Policy, together with the Terms of Service, governs your use of the Service.
1. Fictional Characters Statement
Silly Love 中的所有角色均为虚构，不基于任何真实人物。任何与现实中在世或已故人物的相似之处纯属巧合。
All characters in Silly Love are fictional and not based on any real persons. Any resemblance to actual persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.
Even when characters draw inspiration from anime or games, every character on the platform is artistically re-created and exists solely for fictional roleplay. The Platform must not be used to depict or impersonate any specific real person.
2. 18+ Age Restriction
The Service is intended for adults aged 18 and over. First-time visitors must complete age confirmation. If you are under 18, or do not meet the age of majority in your location, please stop and leave the site immediately.
3. Strictly Prohibited Content
The following categories are strictly prohibited, whether on platform-provided characters or user-created content. Violations result in immediate removal, permanent account ban and, where required, referral to law enforcement:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM): Any content that depicts, implies or sexualizes minors is forbidden, regardless of "appears adult" disclaimers.
- Unauthorized real persons: Sexual, harassing or defamatory content targeting real public figures or private individuals without express consent.
- Incitement of violence or hate: Promoting terrorism, genocide, discrimination or hatred against protected groups.
- Illegal activity: Instructions for making weapons, drugs or explosives; assisting money laundering, smuggling or cyber attacks.
- Harassment and threats: Intimidation, stalking, sextortion or doxxing of specific individuals.
- Privacy violations: Sharing others' personal information, intimate imagery or sensitive identity details without consent.
4. Moderation
We use a combination of automated detection and human review to handle violations. Detection rules are continuously updated; automated systems may make mistakes, and we provide an appeal channel.
5. Reporting
If you find content that violates this Policy, please contact us:

- In-site Crisp support (you must first allow the "Support" category in cookie settings).
6. Regarding 18 U.S.C. § 2257
18 U.S.C. § 2257 primarily imposes record-keeping obligations for sexually explicit visual content involving real human performers. Characters on Silly Love are fictional and co-created by AI and artists, with no real human performers, and therefore generally fall outside the mandatory scope of § 2257.
We nonetheless commit to comparable safeguards: we forbid content involving real minors and remove suspected violations immediately, retaining necessary evidence to assist law enforcement.
We commit to never publishing, distributing or generating any explicit content involving real minors. If you believe we have erred or missed something, please report it through the channels above; we will prioritize the case.
7. Copyright and DMCA
If you believe content on the Platform infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA notice to support@sillylove.chat including: a description of the work, the infringing URL, your contact information, and a statement "in good faith". We will follow the DMCA process.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may evolve along with the Platform and applicable laws. Material changes will be announced on the site and the "Last updated" date will be refreshed.
